How to fix neocore Tab10 which stuck on start up screen (android logo)

This instruction is only for Tab10 with android 4.0 and dual camera

1.Turn off your tablet
2.Press and hold Volume up(+) button and press and hold power button. Hold both buttons for about 10-15 seconds until tablet turns on, then you can release them.
2.You will see android figure with red sign in the middle. Press volume up (+) once.
3.You will see a menu, navigate (by volume buttons) to 'wipe data / factory reset .Press Power button and navigate to 'Yes-delete all user data' , tablet will re-set.
4.Do the same for 'wipe cache partition'
5.After that navigate to 'reboot system now' and press power button.
